ENOUGH TO INDISCRIMINATE KILL OTTERS!!!
In the cities of the Argentine coast, especially in Rosario, there are many people who are doing a indiscriminately hunting of otters either to eat them or for fun, for the mere fact of beating to death those poor animals because of being left without their natural habitat due to severe floods that plague the areas where they live, they moved to urban areas, having in the city of Rosario many animals that are moving through streets and fields.
Local and national authorities do their utmost to protect these defenseless animals, which are in breeding season and their hunting season closed, this is a disaster because for every mother who eliminated are condemning to death their young.
They already eliminated hundreds of animals either for catching them and run over by vehicles on driveways and the government must punish anybody who kills them during closed season.
