Because we have to be fair to animals, enough of animal abuse, it's time to become conscious and help the animals, they need us.
We need Laws to protect animals, to condemn both abandonment and abuse, or killing animals. We must be aware that they are living beings who deserve our respect.
I humbly ask the Government of Colombia to make every effort to enforce the Laws to end the suffering of animals.
