To avoid making animals suffer. Every effort should be made to sterilize the animals, thus could avoid many abandonments. People who abuse or abandon animals must be punished by Law. They are not toys for the children of certain people, they are creatures of God that must be respected.
We must begin by protecting animals with tougher Laws, is the first step to end the abuse, abandonment and murder of animals in our country is increasingly common.
We must also carry out mass sterilization campaigns so that the number of abandoned animals on the streets is diminishing, because abandonment is also mistreatment.
And we should have an Animal Police and a Justice agreed to be able to take charge of investigating cases of abuse and murder of animals.
