The animals, although it is assumed that this activity is regulated by the City Council, remain working at noon, even in the middle of summer and in full sun. Waiting for clients outside the official stops and until late at night without any regard.
It does not only serve with the regulation of the Town Hall if afterwards the animals are mistreated, that is why I ask that the use of horse-drawn carriages in Marbella be prohibited.
