The constant noise of the bells around them makes the horses crazy, then they are mistreated without being able to defend themselves.
I know they think they are beautifying the animal and tourists like to see and hear the sound of the bells while they are travelling in the carriage, but please: imagine being surrounded by the noise of bells all the time.
Let us not allow this abuse, they have enough just to do this work all day.
