The bill approved in some cities of Brazil establishes as animal traction any means of transporting cargo or people moved by animal propulsion and also prohibits the movement of animals by carrying loads on their back, whether the driver is mounted or not. The permanence of these animals, loose or tied by ropes, or by other means, on roads or in public places, is prohibited.
