Countless people abuse animals and without working they live on them. They use the free service to sell and exchange animals for any other kind of objects without thinking about the life that the animals will have.
Since we know that many do not end with good owners, and this petition will not end this disastrous habit, unless they pay for their ads, and if they are expensive then stop living with poor little animals.
