The animals in Macaé suffer because of the labor they are forced to do, pulling cars and being mistreated, that has to stop.
We see animals in the streets passing hardship, hunger, thirst, being beaten with whips or sticks, dragging heavy loads that can barely move because of the state of health in which they are.
The Governor has already created an Act that prohibits such acts but people do not care and when we look for the police they do absolutely nothing!
