Prohibit the Central Bank from expanding the external debt

It is not possible that we condemn our successors to the payment of obligations of which they were not active subjects. The Judiciary has the obligation to fulfill functions that are clearly expressed in our National Constitution.
Citizens have every right to request that this Power honor the established and not to be filled with undue privileges, such as not paying taxes, adjust to certain times and make their own contributions to obtain a retirement in accordance with any other professional in relation to dependence.
With this petition I ask the National Congress to enact a Law that prohibits the Central Bank from taking external debt, except with the express authorization of the Congress that represents the citizens.
