Hunters mistreat their dogs in one way or another to be effective in their end. I am against hunting for fun and more if it is carried out with dogs, since when the dogs no longer serve them they are killed in a cruel way or are abandoned to their fate.
Year after year we all witness how hunters abandon their dogs, at best, or murder them when they no longer serve them. I also find it terrible to use animals to hunt other animals. The hunter is responsible for the largest number of dog dropouts in our country. Only in Catalonia more than 60% of the dogs that are abandoned in shelters used to be hunting dogs.
The rehalas are known for the poor conditions in which dogs are kept, since FAADA denounce numerous illegal kennels of hunters each year.
I propose a Law that prohibits hunting with dogs NOW!
