The walkers carry more than 8 dogs, where they mix a sheepdog with a poodle. They take them by bicycle and mistreat them without caring where the animal is kicked. It has to end this mistreatment of the animals by the walkers and fine the owner of the dog for not caring for his pet.
We see how the walkers leave them tied hours in the squares while they throw themselves to sunbathe. They have to act because animals have rights and must be respected.
