The Galician Government has approved the Law on protection and welfare of pets that seeks, in the words of President Alberto Núñez Feijoo, "to fight to the utmost against animal abuse and neglect." He has also advanced that, in line with the passage already given by several municipalities, Galicia will ban circuses with wild animals.
If in Galicia they approved this Law, why cannot do the same in the other provinces?
