No animal should suffer a ruthless death, in any case it should be fast and "dignified", only for food and should be on controlled trails and without the animals being mistreated.
In Santeria rituals, any number of animals such as chickens, cats, dogs, goats, etc., are killed. That is punished with all the rigor of the Law; for animal abuse, unhealthy conditions, not for food purposes, among many other faults.
It is not possible that in the XXI Century, we continue condemning animals to this type of trickery.
