Prevent the real estate business by the sale of the ENARD and its transfer to Parque Roca

It is important because you have to add instead of destroy and subtract. The current high-performance center is currently used by thousands of athletes from athletics, swimming, volleyball, handball, field hockey, running skate, table tennis, artistic and sports gymnastics, martial arts, alterophilia, football for the blind, baseball, tennis and others that I do not remember.

I have been with CENARD since 1962 when it was CEF 1 and I lived and suffered its destruction in the 70s and then its construction step by step through different governments until we get to our days when we have something very presentable and very useful for our CITIZENS.

In these facilities I studied and I received National Trainer of Athletics and Physical Education Teacher. Thanks to these studies I worked in several teams of Rugby, Hockey turf, athletics and different schools. I got to know the infrastructure in USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium. New Zealand, Brazil and Chile.

I was a federated athlete and rugby player when I was young and all this thanks to the fact that when I was 13 years old, I met because I came with the National School No. 8 to Physical Education classes to this center. I am currently a coach of the Argentine Athletics Club.

As you will see, Mr. President, I am not an improvised and I know what I am talking about. Please do not let this be destroyed. Use it for the Youth categories and so that the thousands of talents that there are in the schools of the whole country can come to train to this Center to form the base of the pyramid and that later they go to the Rock Park as the Elite that will represent the country in international events.

Another drawback of the Roca Park is the long distance there is for CITIZENS from the north (Vicente Lopez, Martinez, San Isidro, San Fernando, Tigre, Nunez, Belgrano, Palermo, etc.) to move south by a simple question of time, money and above all of SECURITY. I worked for 3 months in the Vacation Colony in 1999 and I speak with knowledge of the cause.

The transfer of the CENARD does not seem to thousands of Argentinians a constructive idea and it seems to us a probable real estate business. The circumstantial president of the COA can not dispose of our Center as if it were his property. The Center belongs to ARGENTINE CITIZENS and not to the governments of the day.
