It is important because there are no extensive and safe locations for cycling, seeing forced to do so in the Panamerican Highway or Gaona Avenue, with high risks involved. Not only because of the dangers themselves with cars but also by insecurity of theft.
That's why we need a place to train, and the perimeter of Sarmiento Park seems ideal thing to do, and Sunday would not bother anyone.
