Therefore, it is imperative that urgent measures are taken in regard to the care we must have for our animals. Unfortunately abandonment is becoming more and more the daily dish. Discard as one who discards a garment that broke. We forgot that they served us as long as we wanted and for some reason they were helpful. Nor would it have been a mere whim. Suddenly, for no valid reason, they leave them to their fate.
Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to place in the streets of all cities, towns and villages equipment that allows food and drink to those beings. A very important measure, given the high number of abandoned or unowned animals, mainly dogs and cats, that roam our streets without any protection.
