Addressed to: Government of the City of Buenos Aires
The broken sidewalks, as they are throughout the city, are a danger for all people, especially for the elderly and people with mobility problems. I know many people who fell in the street because of these paths. The responsibility is of the owners of the houses, but they can be intimated and sanctioned if they do not make the arrangements.
The City must have this Ordinance and force all owners to fix their sidewalks.
