The poisoning of animals in Puerto Rico is punishable by law, but apparently no one cares. However, knowing your wife's interest in animal protection is that we come to you, Mr. Governor Ricardo Rosello, we ask you to order the Superintendent of Police to conduct an investigation to find the culprit (s) of this infamous crime.
We hope that given the commitment made by your wife with the protection of animals, justice is done in this case.
