I’ll tell the story of Lil, a six months puppy boxer, which was lost in the Alamillo Park in Seville, Lil was taken to a veterinary clinic for whom found it, and this person saw that the puppy has a chip and immediately walk away from the veterinary clinic with the dog (this person left a cell number which has restricted phone-entry) and clinical washes his hands, although there are police complaint, does nothing to restore this puppy to its owner who is depress since November when he lost it, and we do not now that has happened to this poor puppy.
If there were a law that requires that when a person finds an animal and if it has a chip, the animal must be retained even with police where anybody carried for reading it, poor Lil now would be with their rightful owner (that’s why some animals are chipped).
PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION, BECAUSE LIL MAY BE YOUR DOG.
