They are like all other dogs, neither more nor less. They are simply dogs that are bred by their owners and that depends on how the owners raise them end up being.
We cannot continue stigmatizing animals because of their race rather than their behavior. Not all dogs listed in the list of Potentially Dangerous Dogs are dangerous, because a dog is like its owner raising it. Veterinarians say "a dog may become dangerous for many reasons, but in most cases, humans are primarily responsible."
That's why we ask the Government to find an alternative so you can check the behavior of each dog so that its going to be allowed to walk without a muzzle, because in hot weather can be dangerous because some do not allow them gasp.
