Animals are not things, they are sentient beings, and as such they must have the right not to live chained for life. We can not teach our children that this is normal, so change this situation as soon as possible.
After complaints and denunciations interposed and seeing that little is the result, initiated this petition with the desire that this change. I will fight to the end.
