Lately there are many very young kittens, most of them are less than a year old, with the same marks of torture. And if this is only beginning and tomorrow will begin to appear tortured children? We have to stop this as soon as possible!!!
Please help me with your voice to stop this torturer, forcing the Mayor of this city and also the police to do something about it. We have made several complaints but the only thing they did in the police is to laugh at us. And they say to us that the complaints "have been lost", and "they do not find them". That timely right? We know who does it, but the police do not do ANYTHING, because this man's wife works in the police. That is why complaints are "lost, or can not be found".
