People who have that black heart and soul should be punished severely to offer poisoned food to the kittens in the street. This problem is great in La Pradera 2, Ciudad Olimpo and La Joya. They are killing cats everywhere and nothing is done to find those responsible.
Sanction those who abandon kittens and kill the unfortunate ones who have no home, enough injustices, the killers must pay for this murders.
