No more mutilation of puppies in kennels

It is common practice that the puppies are mangled without anesthesia. Ears and tails of the newborns of certain races by a mere cosmetic issue are mutilated, so in addition to bring terrible pain, may expose them to infections.

Let us ask the Argentina FCI (Federation Cynologique) prohibiting this atrocity rather than continue leaving to the discretion of breeders. Do not be silent accomplices of this unjustifiable suffering.
