Prohibit the circulation of carts with horses across the country.
Because the owners mistreats them, they make the horses work to death, many hours per day, every day, from sun to sun, rain, cold, high temperature, charging excessive loads and being poorly fed.
Abuse to which the horses are subjected must end, should be banned blood drive and replace it with a motorized system so that people can continue their work without harming any living being.
