We need protection Laws for our animals, with very severe penalties for who mistreats, abandons and kills an animal. Such a Law should be comprehensive, not only penalizing abuse but also generating awareness in schools, where it must be taught about the possession and care of animals.
Please, we urgently need to raise awareness among young people, to help them rescue, vaccinate, give them good shelter, where they are verified to see that they are well cared for and with water, food, in a clean place protected from the rains and cold.
We do not want mistreatment, we do not generate abusers, we teach respect for animals from children and we punish those who make animals suffer.
