Hello,
I care for 7 stray cats including 2 females and would like things to move a bit faster, the females need to be spayed first before the family grows. I am an individual and 7 cats eat it so I can't spay and neuter them. I wrote 9 times to the town hall and still no response. And I can't leave these fur balls behind, I don't even ask to have them fitted, just to have them sterilized.
I think that at the town hall level it should go a little faster because otherwise there are 6 more cats. I know you don't have to do that, but I think it's important and urgent.
That is why I am starting this petition.
