There is double taxation of penalty in a single fault to the Transit Code. On one hand they take the car and you have to pay to recover it and then the City charges the improper parking. Two economic sanctions for a single fault, and that is wrong, disguise it as you disguise it.
That’s why I ask that the tow is not charged since the fine is for improper parking and is what must be paid.
