Mision nevado (snowy mission) was a project initiated by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro, which is primarily aimed at rescuing and protecting stray animals, promote the recognition of animal rights and sensitize people towards living beings.
An institution that takes over population of cats and dogs that exist in this locality is necessary. Which they lack a place to be treated inexpensive, because in the village there are only private veterinary centers which are quite expensive.
Addition is needed to regulate the uncontrolled reproduction of dogs and cats.
