Because there is no right for people suffering from celiac disease to have to pay more for having to eat special meals. Being celiac is a cost to many people that they can not afford. I give an example like bread, whose price varies from 0.99 to 2 euros, or ice cream that costs even 1 € more than ice cream with gluten.
We need a Law that regulates the price of all foods for celiacs so that we can have the same price options as people who do not suffer from this disease.
