In Baja California there is a lot of animal abuse, as in other parts of the world, that is why I propose that our new authority in Tijuana make a police delegation exclusively for animals, where one can make a complaint and there are officers who take care of the case and that if they act and do something to fight animal abuse.
We need a place where we can make our complaints and be able to follow cases of animal abuse, animals deserve to have the same rights as us humans, because they too feel and suffer.
