There are many people with pets who do not go to these parks because they are not properly maintained since there are holes, the fences are too low and some are broken. In some there is no source, they do not clean or cut the boil usually. People get involved with other functions such as drinking or eating.
The few rules that appear on a poster are not respected, nor are there regulations in the City Council on this, among other things.
