This issue is very important because police officers abuse their parking privileges while they are not in official duties. They park and even block hydrants while they are shopping around with their families in malls and other shopping centers.
I witness the time when a private car displaying a police permit blocked a hydrant when a blaze started and fight fires didn’t have any access to the hydrant.
