I love animals and what I want most is to contribute a grain of sand so that they have a dignified life, all over the world you see animals of all kinds on the street that are mistreated and abandoned, you can see the kind of humans we are. If we put a grain of sand to make that change, we will change the world, and for this, Laws and a change of policy are necessary when it comes to punishing abusers, and that is achieved with a political decision and that is what we are seeking today with this petition.
