They are living beings who deserve respect, love, affection, a home, and do not deserve to continue being afraid, they do not have to continue to go hungry, thirsty or cold. They did not ask to be abandoned, much less to have to suffer day by day, with the fear of being hurt or worse, of being able to die as ugly as being run over.
Many people abandon their animals on state roads, without any control, and these animals end up dying run over, or starving, lost in a place they do not know. We need to control the roads to avoid more abandonment, we need security cameras and the Federal Police controlling the roads and those who circulate through them.
It is also necessary a Law that obliges people who have pets to register and chipped with all the data of their owners so that in case of abandonment can be located, and also serves when an animal is stolen or lost in the streets.
