Sign, because we are many who no longer endure the suffering of stray animals. We are many who love these animals and we no longer bear so much cruelty against them. We need signatures, help. We want healthy, happy animals, with Laws that protect them, decent kennels, etc.
This year we have witnessed terrible cases of mistreatment and murder of stray animals. One of the most remembered is that of Cholito, a stray dog that a couple beat him to death. Cholito was loved by all the neighbors, who nurtured him and cared for him. With a country that has a serious law against animal abuse, people who did this without a doubt would be in prison, and not walking the street.
This is just a case of the hundreds who find out every year, that added to the deplorable state of the kennels, makes everything for stray animals is negative.
We need the Government to take care of them with Laws and with appropriate policies so that they have a dignified life.
