To help abandoned dogs and punish people who hurt them just because they are stray dogs. This has to stop, we can not allow this type of abuse, so we have to help all these animals by giving them a home. But let's not only stay in that, we must also punish people who abandon and mistreat them.
It is not enough to have shelters for animals, where we can feed them, vaccinate them and give them for adoption, it is also necessary to punish the people who lead the animals to suffer abandoned in the streets, that is why we ask the authorities to fight against animal abandonment and mistreatment by imposing higher fines and effective jail to anyone who mistreats, abandons or kills an animal.
It is an obligation of all to fight for the rights of animals, please, we need to change as a society to live in a more just world.
