Let us Make Enforce the Law Against Animal Cruelty in Paraguay

Because a Law is useless if is not enforced severely. Because we still see daily animal abuse in any street in any city in the country without anyone doing nothing to stop it.

Because the animal abuse in the country don't stop, which is why I ask the Government of Paraguay to enforce the Law Against Animal Abuse, we must put the limit ourselves and reclaim the Government to do everything in its power to end with this.
