The Government of Biscay must allow dogs of all types and weight to travel in the Bilbao Metro, no more speciesism with animals, they are innocent and should be entitled to travel with their human companions, and many people don’t have vehicles and cannot to enter the Bilbao Metro, enough of speciesism and discrimination.
