Because this deteriorates the decency and ethics of the human being. I am embarrassed by others who do not help a pet that can not talk. Because they do not respect the universal rights of all living beings. Because it is a mockery for Humanity, a bad example for children. Because the authorities are irresponsible with their duties and obligations when applying the Laws for the care of animals, because animals can not speak defend themselves as we do, because they have the right to live like humans, they are not guilty of existing, nobody he has the right to abuse with torture, threats and death, as is known every day of the animals.
Actually the hypocrisy is so great that they deny what the criminals of dogs and other pets do. The crime attorneys contribute to maintaining this system, it seems to me a shameless abuse also of politics and society.
We live in a society of psychopathic laws because organized crime is still maintained, a revolving door in Chile. If in Chile there are deaths, tortures and threats orchestrated by organized crime, less will defend the dogs and cats.
We want the Chilean Government to control the CHOLITO ACT.
