Because there is an overpopulation of stray animals suffering, it is urgent. In Moreno we have kittens and puppies on the streets and they die of hunger and thirst, they are mistreated, hurt, wormy. I need the neighborhood to be free of animals in poor condition and to be protected and cared for as a living being on this earth deserves.
