Because all the lives that inhabit this earth must know that this world is not only of us but of all creatures, that all who inhabit it are part of the great family of God, its creator. We need to generate awareness and compassion for its flora and fauna that are threatened by the hand of man. We need people to be taught to respect and care for animals.
I want the Government to start campaigns to raise awareness about respect for animals and responsible pet ownership. I do not want any more abuse, I do not want any more wild animals locked up like dogs or cats. I want people to become aware of how we should care for animals and report cases of animal abuse that we witness.
Cruelty to animals has no limits, but thank God we can end it.
