The Caan de Tragsa Provincial Kennel, located in Armenteira, is financed by the Provincial Council, therefore, with the public money of every individual. That is why the prohibition of entry to this center is outrageous. Anyone who lost a dog who wants to go looking for it, should trust the word of the doorman as a private residence with a reply: "is not here" resounding and immediate without making a thorough check. It is suspected that the dogs are piled up and according to the witnesses who pass through the area: "it smells like an industrial farm".
The press indicates that this center receives an average of one hundred animals per month and, as can be seen in the few photos they publish, the cages are tiny. The Xunta de Galicia, the Seprona and the Kennel itself must let eneter anyone interested in recovering a dog or even to manage an adoption because seeing them in photographs catalogued as if they were products, is an aberration. The attitude that is taking place gives rise to suspicions of the most gloomy.
