Let a stronger Law come out that punishes every person who mistreats an animal

Because it is sad to see how depraved or a psychopath mistreat the poor animals for fun or because things do not go well or bother them. There is no right to the violence against the poor animals.
The Law has to change and protect the poor animals, because they are not toys, they are living beings that do not understand or understand what they do to them. They only ask for affection and care, and in return they are affectionate and they are faithful to you until death.
I propose that penalties be increased for crimes against animals and that they are also prohibited from having an animal under their charge to each person who is condemned for animal abuse.
NO TO ANIMAL ABUSE, enough of so much abuse with the animals that they can not defend themselves.
