We have many people seeing the situation so precarious and pitiful that has to endure and survive the urban fauna that is abandoned. A life does not deserve so much contempt and negligence on the part of the people who are the ones who should take care of them and protect them. They are animals that deserve to live with dignity because they are part of society.
By this means, I ask all the Mayors’ Offices, Governors’ Offices and the National Government to legislate for the allocation of funds for the feeding of abandoned animals. We can not allow them to be abandoned again, they deserve a decent life.
