Animals are not to blame for our human misery, the human species is very bad, although between us we believe the opposite because we are pairs. Animals only kill out of necessity, we by power and malice.
In our country we need the Laws against animal abuse to be harsh, with high fines and imprisonment for anyone who kills an animal. A few days ago we do not talk about anything other than the case of the puppy called Chocolate, skinned and killed by a madman. That person should go to jail a few years, is a danger to the whole society.
I want a better future, without violence, for people or animals. That is why I ask that the Sarmiento Law be amended and that penalties for crimes against animals be increased.
