Animals do not have the possibility of communicating as human beings do. Every day many pets are seen abandoned on the streets, hungry, cold, sick and some even badly injured. I believe that a Law that requires care and respect for animals, respecting their lives, is of vital importance, and that should include the prohibition of fights between animals and sanctions for people who commit it.
