This poor puppy is the only survivor of his 10 siblings who last night were put in a bag and submerged in a bucket of water and into a garbage container from where he could be heard crying. All this happened in San Pelayo, Valladolid. It is known who it was, but Seprona said there was nothing it could do about this brutal case of animal abuse (incredible).
Until when will this and other atrocities against animals be allowed in this country? Will they always stay in nothing? There is no punishment?
