To pressure the government of Veracruz, Mexico, to find the murderer of the dog named Shelby, kidnapped, tortured and murdered by unknown strangers and who must pay for what they did.
Shelby was stolen on Sunday May 14, by Facebook found it soon: she was tortured, was full of blood and machete.
She was taken to the vet, had many cranial lesions, the machetes reached the bone, lost an eye, operated on her, and died hours later.
I do not understand why they did it, Shelby is a 4-legged angel, she was not bad, she was loving, noble and calm.
