Carlos Daniel Xiquin, 10, and Óscar Armando Top Cotzajay, 11, as they left every day at 7 in the morning and walked together to school. But unfortunately they were kidnapped and killed by a stranger who offered to take them in a black car and later demanded Q 1,000.00 to set them free.
Carlos Daniel and Óscar Armando were two innocent children who did not deserve to meet a person who without compassion tortured and murdered them, since their bodies appeared inside a sack tied hand and foot. They, like many children in Guatemala, live at the mercy of crime and evil, that is why the petition is for their death not to go unpunished, so that the Government of Guatemala, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary do not forget this crime and find , judge and punish those who murdered Carlos and Óscar.
